Bankruptcy and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU) are legal ways to resolve debt disputes that occur when debtors are unable to pay off their debts. Both are regulated in Law Number 37 of 2004 concerning Bankruptcy and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations.
